I had the opportunity to stay at a charming little inn for a couple of nights. the location of the pub was perfect, surrounded by nature and offering breathtaking views of the Stroud valleys. the rooms were comfortable, with nice touches like a coffee machine and provided pods. the staff was friendly and provided great hospitality. the food, cooked by the talented owner and chef Mark, was delicious and reasonably priced. it was a lovely experience to be in such direct touch with nature and enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the inn.
The stairs leading to the rooms at the back of the pub might pose difficulties for some guests.

The garden view was fantastic, and being just a 10-minute walk from Selsley Common was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel offered a good view and was located near a common for those who want to hike. the coffee machine and fresh milk provided were nice touches.
The stairs up to the rooms were tricky to navigate with luggage. the restaurant was overpriced and the limited menu didn't cater to my dietary restrictions.
